2024-2025 School Year - Register today!

Our Before and After School Care program is designed to provide care for children while parents/caregivers are working.  We emphasize the Y’s four core values in character development – caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility – in every activity and interaction. Parents you do not need to come to the Y to register please read below to learn how to register. 

Our goals for the program are to provide:

  • A warm, caring and safe environment
  • Each child the opportunity to develop their self-confidence and social skills
  • Developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate creativity and encourage learning through fun and discovery.

Before Care: 6:30 am until the start of school
After Care: End of school until 6:00 pm

Our Y offers four convenient options for registering your child(ren):

  1. Stop at the Y to register your children
  2. Mail your completed registration packets to us at 1159 E Landis Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360. Please send with attention to the Before and After Care Program. A friendly YMCA staff person will call to complete registration once your packet is received.
  3. Fax documents to (856)212-3329. Please send with attention to the Before and After Care program. A friendly YMCA staff person will call to complete registration once your packet is received.
  4. Scan and email completed documents to cmadison@ccaymca.org

*Membership Requirement*
All Before and After School participants are required to have at least a $35 Annual Program Membership. A Program Membership entitles your child, or family, to participate in YMCA programs such as the Before and After Care program. Other programs include summer camp, swim lessons, youth sports, youth dance, and more! Click here to download the application. If your child's school is closed:

The YMCA program will be closed

If your child's school has a delayed opening:
YMCA program will operate regular hours, up to the delayed start of school time

Scheduled Holiday School Closings:
The YMCA  Before & After School program will be closed based on the Somers Point School District Calendar. The YMCA will provide Holiday Care (held at the Y) for most scheduled days off. To read more about the Y's Before and After School program, visit the main page by clicking here!

Half Days
The YMCA After School program still operates on a normal schedule for half days
