The Lifeline and 988

988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. While some areas may be currently able to connect to the Lifeline by dialing 988, this dialing code will be available to everyone across the United States starting on July 16, 2022.

Virtual Hope Box - The Virtual Hope Box app contains simple tools to help with coping skills, relaxation, distraction, and positive thinking.

Headspace - Provides guided meditations, mini-meditations, sleep sounds, SOS meditations for emergencies, meditations for kids and animations to help you better understand meditation.

Calm - Providesguided sessions ranging in time from 3 to 25 minutes with topics from calming anxiety to gratitude to mindfulness at work - as well as sleep sounds, nature sounds, and breathing exercises.

Aura: Meditations, Sleep & Mindfulness - Daily meditations, life coaching, nature sounds, stories, and music, which are all personalized based on the mood you select.
