Group Exercise

You Belong in our Group Exercise Classes! 

In addition to fighting stress, group exercise is a great way to combat chronic disease, prevent obesity, and boost mental health and brain power. Classes are taught by certified fitness instructors and are designed to help motivate you with the support of the rest of the group and truly be part of a community. Our group exercise classes are a great way to add variety into workouts while utilizing the support of those around you. Check out the latest schedule below to scope out your favorite class, or even conisider trying something new! 


Summer 2025 Session Begins June 30, 2025

Summer schedule includes both Group Exercise and Water Exercise Classes!

Members ages 15 and up are welcome to partipate in any of our Group Exercise classes. Note: Class may be cancelled due to low participation.

Summer 2025 Session

June 30 - September 28th - *13 Week session


*It is recommended that class participants arrive for their class at least 10-15 minutes before the class begins.

All Group Exercise clases are included FREE in a Facility Membership. 

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2025, Registration is no longer required - See below for the new class participant guidelines

  • Beginning in 2025 Class schedules will run for for 12 weeks
  • All Group Exercise classes will be on a first come basis, and we recommend members arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time.
  • Members show up to the class they would like to attend, a clipboard will be located outside the class door, Members sign in as they arrive.
  • To be fair, we ask that you do not sign in for another member that is not present.
  • Once the designated number of spaces are full, based on room capacity, and equipment, the class will be closed for that day.
  • Members can try another class, or come back the next day that the class is being held.
  • Instructors will take the sign in sheet off the clipboard 5 minutes before class starts and allow members in if there is space available.
  • To be notified of class cancellations, members will need to visit our Facebook or YMCA360 app, and a sign will be posted at member services.
