School's Out - Holiday Care

2024-2025 Holiday Care Information

When school is closed Holiday Care is available at the Y for an additional fee. Holiday Care participants will be offered a variety of planned and age-appropriate activities such as sports, health and fitness, group games, reading, art activities, and swimming. Holiday Care requires all participants must pre-register, and make payment prior to the day of care. 

Registration packet and Food Program Application must be completed one time, upon your first registration for the 2024-2025 school year. Packets will be kept on file for the remainder of the school year.

December 23, 24*, 26, 27, 30, 31*

*Note: Program will close at 2pm on 12/24 & 12/31

2025 Dates:

January 20
February 17
April 21, 22, 23, 24, 25

Registration

Our Y offers four convenient options for registering your child(ren):

  1. Stop at the Y to register your children
  2. Mail your completed registration packets to us at 1159 E Landis Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360. Please send with attention to the Before and After Care Program. A friendly YMCA staff person will call to complete registration once your packet is received.
  3. Fax documents to (856)212-3329. Please send with attention to the Before and After Care program. A friendly YMCA staff person will call to complete registration once your packet is received.
  4. Scan and email completed documents to cmadison@ccaymca.org

 

Holiday Care participants will be offered a variety of planned and age-appropriate activities such as:

  • Healthy Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack 
  • Swiming in our Indoor Pool
