You Belong in our Group Exercise Classes!
In addition to fighting stress, group exercise is a great way to combat chronic disease, prevent obesity, and boost mental health and brain power. Classes are taught by certified fitness instructors and are designed to help motivate you with the support of the rest of the group and truly be part of a community. Our group exercise classes are a great way to add variety into workouts while utilizing the support of those around you. Members ages 15 and up are welcome to partipate in any of our Group Exercise classes.
