To be eligible for the Try the Y Free One Day pass, the person must be a 1^st time CCA YMCA guest with no prior membership or check in history.   

All guests and visitors must check in with Member Services prior to entering the facility.  If your information and photo are not already in our database, you must show photo ID and sign our visitor log book. All persons must abide by our standard code of conduct, facility rules, and age guidelines. Failure to comply with facility rules or code of conduct could result in loss of visitor or guest privileges without refund. For the safety of our children and members, the following are our guest guidelines:

• All Guests must be 18 or older, present photo ID, and sign all guest pass forms/waivers prior to entering the facility.
• All minors must have their parent/legal guardian with them to authorize consent and supervise them for the entire duration of their visit. Any minor without their parent/legal guardian present will not be permitted to enter the facility.   
• All Guests must wear a Wristband in plain sight during their entire visit.

Guest Pass Fees

• “Try the Y” One-Day Pass $0 (Limit one per person or household)
• One Day ADULT Pass $15
• One Day FAMILY Pass $25 (up to 2 adults and 6 dependents under age 25, with photo ID, proof of address, and proof of guardianship)

Restrictions:

• Each person/household is eligible for a max of 3 guest passes (1 Try the Y Free One Day Pass, up to 2 additional paid passes). To be eligible for the Try the Y Free One Day pass, the person must be a 1^st time CCA YMCA guest with no prior membership or check in history.   
• Guests must complete a YMCA tour prior to facility usage.
• Guest Passes may not be used for YMCA programs unless otherwise specified. Guest passes allow access to basic facility benefits, does not include Fitness Center Orientation, Wellness Checks, Personal Training or access to Adult Facility Locker rooms.  Group Exercise Classes are only available if space permits. 
• If a paid guest joins the Y within 15 days of their visit, we will apply the single day guest pass rate towards your 1^st month membership fees.
• Certain blackout periods apply.
• Please Note: All YMCA Nationwide members are considered CCA YMCA Guests and therefore subject to follow all CCA YMCA policies and guidelines. Nationwide members are not required to have a tour and may access the full facility.  However, they are unable to register for programs.  They are subject to all Nationwide membership policies which means 51% of their facility usage must be at their home YMCA or they will be instructed to switch their home Ys.  The CCA YMCA is an independent association and membership from another Y cannot be transferred.
