Spring II Session to Start Soon at the YMCA:
The Schedule Includes Lots of Yoga, Spinning, Strength, and Cardio Programs
Spring is a wonderful time to become fit and strong, and there are many ways to accomplish that goal. During the week of April 22, the Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA will begin a new eight week session of nearly fifty group exercise classes. These offer a variety of fun ways to get in shape for the new season. Most meet twice per week, on weekdays, or on Saturdays. The earliest begin at 5:45 a.m., and the latest end at 8:30 p.m.
The programs include Spinning, Zumba, Circuit Training, and numerous other strength and cardio programs. The Yoga roster includes these types: Chair, Gentle, Yin Fusion, Slow Flow Vinyasa, Blend, and Hatha. Pilates, DrumFIT, and more classes are available.
Classes are open to adults and young people age fifteen and older. The price of each class depends on the number of meetings per week.
