The Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA recently elected new officers for its Board of Directors. The Board is primarily responsible for setting policies, overseeing finances, participating in events and specialized training, and providing fiscal support. These volunteers give generously in many ways to the YMCA. There are twenty-three Board members from various communities throughout the organization’s service area. Shown here from left are Donna Perez, second vice president; Luigi Tramontana, Junior, first vice president; Kathy Farinaccio, president; David Schad, treasurer; and Agnes Trummer, secretary. Farinaccio said, “The dedication and skills of our Boards over the years is a major reason why our YMCA remains strong. This year, we ae celebrating ninety-five years of service, and we expect to continue to expand our programs well into the future.”
