Each week will present a new challenge for you to complete. For each challenge completed, you will receive a challenge card that must be signed off by a fitness staff member. This challenge card will count as one entry towards a weekly raffle to win a prize! Raffle winners will be picked every Monday. Good luck! See steps on how to participate below.
- Download our mobile app, search CCA YMCA in the app store! You will be able to view and join all the challenges this way.

- Access the challenges tab. Reminder: there will be a new challenge each week! Hit “Join Challenge” to participate. Please note: Once you have joined a challenge, you must track your workouts. To track a workout, simply hit the “+” sign on the home screen, then select “track workout” and add your workout. Entered workouts will automatically go towards the challenge!
- See a fitness staff member for a challenge card.
- Complete the challenge! If possible, have a fitness staff member witness you complete the challenge, or show them that you have completed it. Example: You complete a 5k on our treadmills and you take a pic of it to show fitness staff member.
- Have a fitness staff member sign challenge card to validate the completed challenge.
- Drop challenge card off at designated location.
