4 Week Challenge

JOIN US JANUARY 24TH -FEBRUARY 20TH
Each week will present a new challenge for you to complete. For each challenge completed, you will receive a challenge card that must be signed  off by a fitness staff member. This challenge card will count as one entry towards a weekly raffle to win a prize! Raffle winners will be picked every Monday. Good luck! See steps on how to participate below.

  1. Download our mobile app, search CCA YMCA in the app store! You will be able to view and join all the challenges this way.
  2. Access the challenges tab. Reminder: there will be a new challenge each week! Hit “Join Challenge” to participate. Please note: Once you have joined a challenge, you must track your workouts. To track a workout, simply hit the “+” sign on the home screen, then select “track workout” and add your workout. Entered workouts will automatically go towards the challenge!
  3. See a fitness staff member for a challenge card.
  4. Complete the challenge! If possible, have a fitness staff member witness you complete the challenge, or show them that you have completed it. Example: You complete a 5k on our treadmills and you take a pic of it to show fitness staff member.
  5. Have a fitness staff member sign challenge card to validate the completed challenge.
  6. Drop challenge card off at designated location.
